Pick and mix sausage ploughmans
Choose three sausages from the above selection served with a selection of mustard and warm pave bread.
Spicy chorizo sausage stew
Spicy Spanish chorizo sausages, chicken and cannellini stew served with warm pave bread
Sausage casserole
Sausages cooked in a tomato based casserole with peppers and onions served with either warm pave bread or mashed potato and petit pois.
Toad in the hole
A large Yorkshire pudding filled with your choice of three sausages from the above selection, mashed potato, red onion gravy and petit pois.
Cornish trio of sausage
Choose three sausages from the above selection, served on mustard mashed potato, petit pois and red onion gravy.
Vegetarian sausage and mash V
Vegetarian sausages on apple mashed potato served with petit pois and vegetarian gravy.
Sausage and leek pie
Sausages and leeks in a cream based pie with wholegrain mustard topped with flaky pastry served with new potatoes and vegetables.
Sausage, egg, chips and beans
Choose three sausages from the above selection, served with two locally sourced free range eggs, steak house chips and baked beans.
