We have an Avon Party at the
Turks Head, Penzance tonight from 7pm with mince pies and coffee and of course the bar will be open.
As the Gulval Christmas lights twinkle around the village square, the
cosy bar at The Coldstreamer will be buzzing with festive cheer.
Guests will be able to try over 30 wines from our extensive catalogue,
from great value buys for party drinking, to fine wines for Christmas
Day indulgence. As well as a good selection of wines from around the
world, champagnes, sparkling wines, ports and dessert wines will also be
available to try. This will be the perfect opportunity to stock up
your wine rack for the holiday season or to purchase gifts, with 10%
off all orders placed on the night, and delivered in plenty of time for
Christmas.
As part of the evening, you can also enjoy a choice of delicious
winter-warming stews from the Coldstreamer’s acclaimed kitchen team.
This welcoming village pub has been rejuvenated in recent years into a
Cornish food destination, with an appetising menu packed with local
produce.
To complete the evening, artisan cheeses from local favourite Newlyn Cheese and
Charcuterie and luxurious handmade chocolates from Nicky Grant will
also be available to try and buy.
