LOCAL PUBS SET TO
CELEBRATE EURO 2012
Sports fans should get
set for a superb schedule of entertainment and coverage as Euro 2012 hits pubs
across the county for a fantastic football fix. Transmitting the action live as
it happens, they will be running a series of adopt a team, sweepstakes and food
offers while England plays.
With Euro 2012 kicking
off on the 8th June, Ireland’s
first match is Sunday 10th at 7.45pm while England begins its bid for
glory on Monday 11th at 5pm.

will be one of the best places to watch the games as with it’s recently
installed new 50in TVs you’ll feel as though you’re practically on the pitch
itself. Boasting a brilliant garden with a large screen, outside bar and covered

spectacular, comfy surrounds.

of European beers, Falmouth’s Prince of Wales pub starts celebrating in earnest
on Sunday 10th with Irish music in the afternoon and a special Irish
stew before the match.

not-to-be-missed deals on food and beer, St Agnes’ locals – the Railway Inn and
Peterville Inn will both be showing all of the matches throughout June. In
addition, the Railway Inn will also be hosting a charity football quiz on the
13th June.

half time on all England matches - the Trelowarren in Budock Water will theme
the menu to the team England are playing for a novel and flavoursome twist.
Ashton’s Lion and Lamb
will be holding a competition to find the best football fan in addition to a
raffle, sweepstakes and fabulous half time food offers. They will also be
holding a special ‘WAG’-themed party on the 8th June where guests are
invited to don as much ‘bling’ and dress as glitzy as
possible!

will be showing all of the matches with food offers and a football quiz while
the Cornishman in Crantock is a superbly scenic spot to catch up on all the
sports news and watch a game over dinner after a lazy day on the beach.

its team by serving the best Guinness on town alongside live big screen
coverage.
Watch the games outside

at the Rock Inn, Roche, St Austell- who will be supporting England every step of the
way with their very own football team at the pub.
Also screening all
England games will be the White Hart in St Keverne, while the Three Tuns across
the square in the village will be a football free zone!

escape Euro 2012, an array of Football Free Zones have been arranged
