Dream comes true as holiday makers take over Cornish Pub!

Ian and Linsey at the Three Tuns

A couple who have been holidaying in Cornwall for the past 20 years have had their dream come true by becoming the landlords of one of their favourite pubs.

Ian and Linsey Mason, who are originally from the Midlands, have just taken charge of the newly-refurbished Three Tuns Hotel in St. Keverne near Helston following a £70,000 programme of improvements to the popular village inn.

Ian, who has been visiting the region for three decades & his wife, Linsey were married in the local church in September 2010, and had always had the dream of moving to the area permanently.

"We would like to thank the local businesses and our regulars for their support and help in making our dreams become a reality"

"Our chef is producing many specials which are seasonal to compliment the main menu, including locally caught fresh fish.  We will also be taking advantage of the villages award winning butchers to make sure our menu is something more than just pub grub" added Ian.

The Three Tuns Hotel, which officially re-opened last week, has undergone a major refurbishment programme both inside and out but ensuring the full character is kept.

All the B&B rooms are now double en-suite or larger, and have great views over the square or over the churchyard with the sea in the distance.

Located right next to the church in the main village square, the Three Tuns Hotel is at the heart of the local community. It's a traditional village local with character and the advantage of having five ensuite
letting rooms. Large garden area to the rear and patio to the front.
